DRaaS (Disaster Recovery as a Service) and BaaS (Backup as a Service)
Instead of creating and maintaining backups in situ in companies, our offer allows hiring in the SaaS model. Through our expertise in private cloud services, we are in charge of all the hardware and software necessary for the storage of data and the security of backup routines. We use the technology and features of the Veeam platform (we are VCPP partners) for all the environment orchestration as well as its monitoring.
- Disk backup, encrypted and with immutability feature;
- Daily backup of the servers that make up the desktop solution as a service;
- Daily backup of the entire user profile environment;
- Backups with 90-day retention;
- Possibility of tape archiving, in this case, with hardware and tape drives provided by Teccloud.
The entire layer of services related to the backup/restore of virtual environments will be provided. The backup solution covered will be Veeam Availability Suite™, a suite comprised of the following products:
